Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC)
Joining forces with Renutron brings the most sought after feature of prompt ' Onsite service support'
On line UPS and Lift back up system are capital intensive, therefore utmost care is taken to ensure long life for our batteries with over 98% Uptime during the performance.
Considering criticality of UPS system and Lift UPS applications, we offer all our clients AMC in three different categories - Platinum, Gold, Silver
Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) Packages
1) Platinum AMC :
This comes with highest priority and support for every service call to ensure fastest turnaround and quick recovery from downtime. It covers all the spares required during maintenance, except for the wound component. We also provide a standby unit at marginal cost to make up for the downtime. Platinum AMC is highly recommended to top notch critical applications such as Servers , Data Center, Operation Theater, Process Control Plants and Multiple Lift Back Ups.
2) Gold AMC :
It has second highest priority with almost similar benefits as Platinum except for standby unit and does not include spares of wound component and power devices .
3) Silver AMC :
This one is basic AMC providing only Service Engineer . All spares are chargeable
To ensure quick and time bound response our efficient Service Network of factory trained and experienced engineers get into act at once. It is strongly supported by our back office and ERP module for breakdown call management and analysis. Our ERP module records the data of each preventive and service call visit to site. These records guide us while diagnosing the precise reason for actual as well as potential breakdown of the system.

Third Party AMC
Corporate entities appoint single point Service Provider for multiple makes of UPS .
For such service providers we provide inspection engineer , one time maintenance and upgradation suggestions. We have 15 years of experience behind us in providing such services at multiple locations and for variety of makes with variety of technology.
Battery Replacement
Batteries have life span of 3 to 10 years. Then after it becomes E waste. We undertake scrapping of such batteries of any make and technology and issue waste disposal certificate mandated by Pollution control board
UPS Rental
We provide UPS on rent / Standby UPS / Rental Battery for short to long duration.
We undertake onsite installation, support during down time, input output cabling for output distribution.
